Billing

By using the Apartment Keepers, you are expressly agreeing that we are permitted to bill you a monthly Service fee, any applicable tax and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of Apartment Keepers maid services. The term "Monthly" pertains to Apartment Keepers 28 day billing cycle. As used in these Terms of Use, "billing" shall indicate either a charge or debit, as applicable, against your Payment Method (We Except Credit Card Only). The service fee will be billed at the beginning of your first visit and on each monthly renewal thereafter unless and until you cancel your service. We will automatically bill your Payment Method every 28 days from the commencement of your service. In the event your service began on a day not contained in a given month, we will bill your Payment Method on the last day of such month. For example, if you started service on January 31st, your Payment Method would next be billed on February 28th. All fees and charges are non refundable. We may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but we will give you advance notice of these changes by e-mail. If you want to use a different Payment Method or if there is a change in your credit card validity or expiration date, you may change your payment method by contacting Apartment Keepers customer service at 202-787-1830. If your Payment Method reaches its expiration date or is declined, your continued use of the service constitutes your authorization for us to continue billing that Payment Method.

Automatic Renewals

Your Apartment Keepers service will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis. The term "monthly" pertains to Apartment Keepers 28 day billing cycle. For your convenience, we will bill the monthly service fee to the Payment Method you provide to us during service setup (or to a different Payment Method if you change your account information). You will automatically renew for successive monthly service, without prior notice to you, unless and until you cancel your service (31 days notice) or we terminate it. You must cancel your service before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month's service fees to your Payment Method.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Apartment Keepers Service at anytime by calling 202-787-1830 or faxing us at 202-558-2171 (Title Should be Cancellation Request with Name and Address). WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH SERVICE PERIODS. We reserve the right to terminate your account for any or no reason.

Breakage and Loss Policy

Apartment Keepers is fully bonded and insured. We have set limits on liability at 10 times the cost of that days cleaning. Apartment Keepers must be notified within 48 hours of service. Items excluded from liability are; cash, jewelry, one-of-a-kind items or hard to get items; items of sentimental value, art, and antiques. Key replacement or locksmith fees are paid only if keys are lost or miscoded

Your Privacy

At Apartment Keepers, we are committed to protecting your online privacy. We use the information we collect about you online to setup service and maintain appropriate customer data. Apartment Keepers retains all collected date in house and does not distribute to third parties. All data collected via our web site or customer service representatives is strictly the property of Apartment Keepers and the respective customer.
